How to contribute to ejcjs


Register with ejcjs


We are continually adding new publications to ejcjs and we would like to be able to keep you informed about anything that we publish. If you would like to be kept up to date about our publications then please register with our e-mail distribution list by following the registration instructions below.

As a part of this service, and in order to protect your privacy and the integrity of your e-mail address, we promise never to pass on to a third party any of the the information that you give us for any reason whatsover. In addition, you can discontinue with this service at any time simply by following the de-registration instructions that are either at the bottom of this page or in the initial confirmation e-mail that you will receive on registration.

Registration

To register you must do the following.

1. Send an e-mail to ejcjs by clicking the icon below.
2. Type "registration with ejcjs" in the subject line of your e-mail header.
3. Type the following information in your e-mail message box.
- Your name
- Your institutional affiliation
- Your preferred e-mail address
- A secret word of between six and ten letters.
4. Wait for us to send an e-mail to your preferred e-mail address and follow the instructions in this e-mail within 1 week in order to confirm your registration.
5. We advise you to store your registration correspondence in a safe place in case you need it again to de-register.
6. If we receive an automatic return for any e-mail that we send to you we will read it and act accordingly. We reserve the right to stop sending you e-mails if we deem it necessary. If you wish to change your registration for any reason, please follow the instructions below.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the above process. It is done this way in order to minimise possible abuses of our system.

De-Registration

If you wish to stop receiving our e-mail information alerts please do the following.

1. Send an e-mail to ejcjs by clicking on the above registration icon.
2. In the subject line type "registration with ejcjs".
3. In the message box of your e-mail type the following.
- "De-register ejcjs"
- Your name
- Your secret word

Changes to your Registration

If you wish to make any changes to your registration, such as your preferred e-mail address, please do the following.

1. Send an e-mail to ejcjs by clicking on the above registration icon.
2. In the subject line type "registration with ejcjs".
3. In the message box of your e-mail type the following.
- Your name
- Your secret word
- Your changes

We hope that the above process is easy and convenient enough for you to follow and that you can trust us to fulfil our promises. We anticipate that you will receive approximately 6 e-mails per year from ejcjs if you register for this service.
